Big news for SOHO! We have been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s Unlock Net Zero Awards — Landlord of the Year, Biodiversity and Nature Award (for Weston Coyney Road) and Retrofit Project of the Year (for our EPC Upgrade Programme).
These shortlistings reflect the breadth of SOHO’s work, from strong day‑to‑day operations and resident relationships to site‑level initiatives delivering measurable environmental outcomes. The upgrades form part of SOHO’s wider sustainability strategy, driving tangible benefits for residents alongside environmental gains.
