The Directors of the Company, all of whom are non-executive, are listed below. All of the Directors are independent of the alternative investment fund manager.
The Board is responsible for the determination of the Company’s Investment Objective and Investment Policy and has overall responsibility for the Company’s activities except for any alternative investment fund management functions.
Living REIT is externally managed by Atrato Partners, part of the Atrato Group. Atrato is a real assets investment specialist with experience across the living sector and a focus on delivering long-term value for investors.
Atrato Partners Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 830613), was appointed as the Company’s alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) and investment manager on 1 January 2025.
