Following completion of its acquisition of a senior living portfolio, Living REIT owns a diversified portfolio of specialised supported housing and senior living assets across the UK. The Company is focused on building a leading UK living sector REIT through disciplined investment across defensive living subsectors.

The portfolio is diversified by geography and counterparty, and is underpinned by long-term, inflation-linked leases. The Company intends to continue growing the portfolio selectively over time, including through opportunities in adjacent living sector subsectors such as care homes, where acquisitions meet its investment criteria and are expected to enhance earnings and deliver attractive long-term shareholder returns.
