Living REIT currently owns a portfolio of specialised supported housing across the UK. Following completion of the proposed acquisition of a senior living portfolio, the Company will have exposure to both specialised supported housing and senior living, reflecting its strategy of building a leading UK living sector REIT.
The portfolio is diversified by geography and counterparty, and is underpinned by long-term, inflation-linked leases. The Company intends to continue growing the portfolio selectively over time, including through opportunities in adjacent living sector subsectors such as care homes, where acquisitions meet its investment criteria and are expected to enhance earnings and deliver attractive long-term shareholder returns.
