We warmly welcome the announcement that Inclusion Housing.. CIC, SOHO’s largest Approved Provider partner, has been awarded a compliant G2 governance rating and V2 viability rating by the Regulator of Social Housing.
Inclusion accounts for approximately 30% of SOHO’s annual rent roll and leases 124 properties across our portfolio as at 31 December 2025, providing high-quality specialised supported housing for 911vulnerable adults throughout the UK.
This milestone is particularly significant as Inclusion becomes the first predominantly lease-based provider to achieve a compliant G2/V2 grading from the Regulator of Social Housing. The outcome reflects the strength of its governance, financial management, and long-term commitment to delivering excellent resident outcomes.
