The impact of Brooke House shows the value of combining high-quality supported housing with the right support.
A new impact case study by The Good Economy Partnership Limited found that 78% of residents surveyed reported improved overall outcomes after moving into Brooke House.
It highlights the role that purpose-built accommodation can play in supporting greater independence, giving residents their own space, more choice and the opportunity to build new routines and relationships.
The findings also show:
* The scheme is modelled to deliver weekly savings of £894 per resident – that’s over half a million pounds of savings to the taxpayer per year
* The strongest improvements were in residents’ confidence and independence
For the team, these results demonstrate what can be achieved through the combination of high-quality homes, specialist support and a clear focus on resident outcomes, while also delivering significant value for the public sector.
