First Standalone Sustainability Report

First Standalone Sustainability Report

On 26 March we published our first standalone Sustainability Report, setting out a refreshed strategy built around three key pillars – thriving people, sustainable homes and engaged governance.

This framework underpins how we deliver safe, high-quality homes, support residents and manage long-term environmental and operational risks.

In 2025, this translated into measurable progress across the portfolio including:

• 3,412 homes supporting residents across the UK
• 87% resident occupancy across the portfolio
• Science-based emissions reduction targets validated and approved by the SBTI
• 77% homes with EPCs of C or higher, with 38 upgrades delivered through our EPC Upgrade Programme
• 92% of lessees actively engaged during the year
• £53m+ of total social value created (measured by The Good Economy Partnership Limited)

This is about delivering positive outcomes for our residents and building a more resilient, transparent and accountable supported housing sector.
