Capital Access Group publishes SOHO investment proposition note

We welcome the publication of an independent research note from Capital Access, examining our investment proposition and the specialised supported housing sector more broadly.

The note sets out in detail why SOHO’s model is built on solid foundations. That is, the quality and suitability of the underlying assets, the operational capability of the Approved Providers who lease them, and the governance framework that frames how the portfolio is managed.

It also highlights the social value that SOHO’s portfolio generates – including a multi-million annual saving to the UK taxpayer, when compared with the cost of housing equivalent residents in registered care settings or NHS beds.

Capital Access Group concludes that, with inflation-linked income, a conservative debt profile and a reduced cost base, the financial case for investment in SOHO looks compelling – and that the Company is well positioned to continue rebuilding confidence in the specialised supported housing sector.
